Sooo… we’ve only just had a major change to the system in January/February, and this is another major change that still isn’t fully thought out or documented?! Will there be a change to the system every month or couple of months from now on?
Just checking if the system is glitching…? I can get a £10 gift card for a 4% fee? And 4% of what exactly is £9.60? And why would I only use 0.04 PLU in this transaction? I thought the idea was 1PLU=£10= 1 gift card? PLU seems irrelevant in this transaction?
You say there is a 3% payout cost, but this is based on €£10 PLU rates, so this is effectively still a 30% payout cost? Will the payout cost be this effective 30% for the 30 days? Will there be any free payouts for those that get “free payout” on their reward level?
