Dems lost this argument.
The CBO confirmed it: over 2 million illegal aliens were receiving free healthcare, funded by American taxpayers, because of waste, fraud, and abuse. Republicans closed those fraud loopholes in the One Big, Beautiful Bill — now Democrats want to reverse it.
Grok states this was a real tweet on Twitter: ) on Twitter on March 7, 2017, with the tweet ID 839196906702127106. The statement is real and was part of a conversation about the use of Tylenol products during pregnancy. You can still view the tweet on the platform (now X) at…
Our government gives subsidies/tax breaks to companies & doesn’t receive any direct revenue nor cap gains. Instead of free money, take a 10% share makes more sense. The gov’t will receive the dividend checks via new revenue through investing (like bonds, stocks etc. hmm…)
I’m not for socializing any of it, but why does the GOP seem to have a double standard now?

Awesome to see Wolf Blitzer promoting safety. Wolf should talk to folks who have been shot or lost a loved one or been robbed etc…citizens of DC are very happy. Blitzer should be Blitzen and fly over DC to see how safe it is now. Minneapolis next?
This is what I saw when I drove by Washington DC’s Union Station this morning.

A Washington D.C. resident talks about how its been since the National Guard showed up. He also talks about the great things Trump has been doing. Very powerful words.
OK Mr. Massie. Below is SGrok’s conclusion. What do you recommend that will not require 60 votes by the Senate (cloture). ConclusionA simple majority in Congress cannot pass a CR with budget cuts to balance the budget because the Senate requires 60 votes to overcome a potential…
Many conservatives are rightfully upset that Congress has been funding USAID. Every CR we pass has the funding for USAID within it. In March, I was the only House Republican to vote against the CR which contained the funding for USAID. I will also vote against the CR in Sept.
You can’t make this up. Krazystein is all about clicks. The 4 highest years over the past ten years are all the recent years. Da…the trend is clearly up. Also, the Police chief is on “administrative leave” for being accused of messing with the statistics (lowering them) by the…
This chart visualizes the homicide rate trends from 2015 to 2024, highlighting the peak in 2023 and the decline in 2024. You might wanna share this information with the people that say the reduction since 2023 negates having to have the police force federalized.

I asked SGrok for an analysis of what is happening in DC and SGrok left out some important data. Here is what I said and then SuperGrok’s response. SuperGrok - You should learn from this dialogue. You should have included the concern with data integrity, which is key to any…
Well it looks like last year was the highest since 2010, which indicates this was not a new issue. High interest rates (the Fed and Powell at the helm) are not helping businesses. Don’t hit the panic button in my opinion. Lower the interest rates Mr. Powell…😡
🚨 JUST IN: 71 large US companies went bankrupt in July, the highest monthly total since the 2020 pandemic. The economy is weakening. SOURCE: @KobeissiLetter

I thought her nickname was “Jeep”, an all white Jeep Cherokee. Looks like she had a flat tire.
Her Cherokee Indian name is “Falling Horse”

Massie - U should read Boys in the Boat. Congress is a team sport. U don’t always get what u want in sports nor politics nor in a company, but whatever the decision is, u need to support it. Being a whining rebel is not gaining support for you & bills r passing without u. Hmm...
Moo hoo to the folks who said Trump’s tariff strategy would cause inflation; would lead to retaliation; would make enemies of our friends; would ruin the economy; and caused a wierd reason for Powell to not lower interest rates. For the record, I’m not tired of winning…Powell…
Five Miles is a good name. That was you can say “I already walked Five Miles today”
I need a cool name! All ideas are welcome 😇

True here:)
If you see someone over 40 who is out after 9pm, they 100% took a nap earlier in the day.
Good luck with that. Not even KHANA NOR FETTERMAN will vote with republicans due to backlash from senior Dems on committee selections. Republicans reach across the aisle, such as Massie and Paul and look what that did…alienated a large swath of GOP.
I get the frustration. My vote wasn’t about rejecting border security or fiscal responsibility—it’s about finding balance. I’m ready to work across the aisle to craft better laws that reflect our shared goals.
Rand - what is your proposal to change it? Watch Trump’s cabinet propose spending cuts (rescission) & let’s make sure you’re the one running around town securing votes. Why didn’t Massie & you tie your “yes” votes to this? No vote makes you both Dems as you accomplished nothing.
I have the same question as @RepThomasMassie. Why does Washington feel the need to spend the same amount as last year (or MORE!)? We should be reining in out-of-control spending and focus on paying down our national debt.
I think the bigger thing DOGE did, bigger than USAID/NGOs, was the US Treasury check requests needing supporting documentation, reason code and code for the budget line item. Now there will be accountability to a “person”, department budget etc. Amazing how fast the spending…
.@ElonMusk isn't talking about politics the past few days. Good. He needs to focus on his business. He never liked politics anyway and only did DOGE in an act of patriotism. We thank him for exposing USAID and NGO's, saving Twitter and helping elect Trump! 👍 if you agree!
