5/ Traction Analysis In web2, company data is private. In web3, a lot of project data is on-chain and accessible through products like @DuneAnalytics. Utilize on-chain data. Look for growth rates of top KPIs (i.e. volume, TVL, wallets). Compare MoM or QoQ growth to competitors.

I have a BAYC ape and a bunch of PAYC. there are a bunch of other BAYC owners that are in the PAYC community. Just because we own a BAYC NFT, that does not mean we aren't interested in Decentralization. The path toward mainstreaming and centralization is concerning.
