It’s actually 95 degrees & inverted; they are climbing uphill & backwards! Prior to last yesr, every expert in said it could never be done in under 5 seconds. Impossible! Everything is impossible until someone decides it isn’t. Also: Wu Tang is for the children.


Does any good evidence exist suggest the law of thermodynamics has ever been broken? I can't find any in the literature or otherwise if it does. That's my inner voice that somehow made it out to Twitter.


Don't confuse my willingness to do something with my ability to something. I'm capable of doing a lot of things that I choose not to do. :)

Any study that uses nutritional self-reporting as a core component to capture data is mostly worthless.


Time. There's not enough for daily - 6-8 hours sleep - simple maintenance lvls of working out & stretching - eat adequate amount of nutrient dense calories - bill paying activities (job) - have daily fun - training/focus for something above and beyond your normal day to day.
