Be intentional about the friends you keep. For many, this has nothing to do with tech, but about surrounding yourself with people who are willing to say no to youthful lusts and instead pursue purpose. Ultimately, our true purpose can only be discovered in Christ.
Thankfully, I have friends in Bloomberg, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Meta, Palantir, Barclays, Branch International, Moniepoint and the Royal Bank of Scotland. Grateful for this circle — more good news by God’s grace.
Sometimes I imagine what it would look like if I was just getting into tech.
As newborn babes, desire the pure milk of the Word, that you may grow thereby (1 Peter 2:2). When a child is born, the mother’s milk is the best source of nutrition. Likewise, we cannot truly grow unless we continually spend time studying and meditating on the Word of God.
Final lock-in of the year. From final year exams to relocating to London and resuming to work a week after, it’s been a long ride.
Grateful to God for everything I learnt on this journey❤️ First class Computer engineering graduate!
PTDF. It was the only scholarship I got throughout my uni days and first pay was 1.2m.
