The 3 year practice clause may be right for the profession, but it has ensured middle class women (who'll get married by 25/26/27) and middle class men (who'll def need to find alternate employment) are largely kicked out of the judiciary game, it's now an exam for the well off.
there’s a reason why women’s representation is so abysmal and whatever representation there is is limited to the lower ranks of judiciary. and by implementing the 3 year practice clause they’re creating a further deterrent for women to enter the field.
