FYI I know a senior developer who was hired away from Amazon with *almost 1m a year* worth of startup equity. about 2-300% jump in comp. its a crypto startup so make of that what you will but shit’s getting crazy in parts of tech.

This is funny, yet very true. Tech twitter can be a real source of anxiety for junior developers. Every new account tries to tell you what to learn, how to be a great developer etc..
