She was a child when all this began and for a further 2 years. So the decisions she made to go to Syria were those of a child - NOT those of an adult. In the UK I didn't think we foisted adult responsibility onto children these days.
She was born in Britain - #shamimabegum is British & should be brought back to the UK to face British justice. She is our problem.
If fining people for dropping litter is a good solution we could do the same to people who defecate instead of providing a sewage system. Everything from shops comes wrapped in something just like people have to eat.

Typical of Britain. Don't dangle the carrot - get the stick out. Everything bought has a wrapper, often for good reason. Imagine soft drinks sold loose. Why don't all vehicles have a built in waste disposal system - oh! They have - wind down windows.
