Third Indoor Workout 🏋️♂️ Upper body workout and takes about 20 mins total for today👍🏻 1 set 12 reps each Push ups Wide push ups Diamond push ups Close elbow push ups (2 to 4 sets)
Second Indoor Workout 🏋️♂️ 10Rounds: 15Press-ups (on knees if need be) 10 Air Squats - if you have a weight plate or weights you can use them. I've just done this with none. As I'm unsure who has what equipment 10 Sit-ups (all the way up) 10 Push ups
First Indoor Workout 🏋️♀️ Press ups on knees – 3 sets x15 reps Press up on toes - 3 sets x12 reps Box Press up – use the bottom step, sofa or a sturdy table - 3 sets x12 reps Press up with a row – 3 sets x12 reps
