I’m at a point in my life where I can love you from a distance. I’m not rekindling any more relationships. I’m not being the bigger person anymore. I’m realizing everybody can’t go & the best I can do is leave them where they’re at.

do not talk about discernment if you cannot recognise when someone needs compassion more than criticism and correction. there is a time to guide, and a time to hold a space for someone who’s hurting or made a mistake. wisdom knows the difference. and kindness knows it even faster
If you’re not doing it out of love or out the kindness of your heart don’t do anything for me. I don’t need anyone around me counting favors or bringing up what they did.
I spent so many years in the wrong company. One of my goals moving forward is to be more mindful of the people I share my lifetime with.
