There have been reports that @discord accounts are being disabled for suspicious activity. It is not a hack nor is your account in danger, it's just a misconfigured anti-abuse system. The issue should be fixed in the near future. Any account limits will go away after 24 hours.

No, discord's email system isn't compromised. People can submit support requests on your behalf, anyone can spoof discord emails (your provider should mark them as spam). Last xss I saw was server pages & was fixed ages ago. Obviously be careful, but this is just a chain mail.
