death to this retarded rhetoric. gender-affirming care is NOT comparable to cosmetic surgeries. GAC is reconstructive, it's more comparable to skin grafting a burn victim than a c1s person getting a BBL to be hotter

treatments for someone's body that makes them feel comfortable with their gender (top surgery, hormone therapy, bottom surgery etc) all fall under the category of gender affirming care, whether the recipient is trans or not 🤷‍♂️ gac is actually more common for cis ppl
