Hawkeye fans...if you are skeptical of Tim Lester's hiring as Iowa OC, I suggest following @CFBMatrix. He is literally in the consulting business of using analytics to help college ftball programs build complementary staffs and he had Lester as the # 2 option after Paul Chryst.

I think it would serve Brian Ferentz well to return to the booth as the play-caller. Sidelines are full of distractions and noise. I think detaching from the on the field action would benefit him, give him good visibility of what the D is doing and help him call a better game.
