My first test with iOS 6.1 shows that the call quality using the #iphone5 headset is much better. I will do some more tests the coming days.

@icallquality got The same problem. Iphone5, t-mobile Germany. This is REALLY annoying.
Turning on #iphone5 'Hearing Aid' setting helps!! Settings > General > Accessibility > Hearing Aids. Will not help if using earphones.
