Lorenson and Kline’s 'Marching Cubes’ isosurface extraction algorithm ignited my interest in medical imaging when I was in CS grad school in the 90s. I’ve worked in imaging ever since and still love it, thanks to Bill Lorensen and his work.

The first OrthancCon is a wrap, and it was a great success! People coming from all over the world to promote and discover free and open source medical imaging software. Great thanks to the @osimis_io team for creating this wonderful event.
