@iGEM Introducing our project for this year... Nanobuddies! Our project has two streams: - DNA shuffling with E. coli surface display to generate novel nanobodies against fuGFP - Fusion protein of fuGFP with cellulose binding domains allowing for screening of nanobody libraries

Great talk this morning from the USyd Nanobuddies. Now they can relax and eat some pastries! Thanks to all the hard working staff and volunteers that make the Grand Jamboree possible; special shout out to @Abigail_iGEM one of our USyd alumni now helping to run the show ! #igem

Our AusSynBio/iGEM journey for 2022 nears its end. Very proud of the Nanobuddies @igem_usyd2022, who used DNA shuffling to evolve nanobodies, expressed these on the E.coli surface, and tested interactions with new cellulose-binding fuGFP fusion proteins. Onwards to Paris !

**SURVEY** Nanobuddies would like your help! To support our project, we've developed a survey to gauge the general public's experience with rapid flow assays/rapid antigen tests. If you have a moment, your input would be stellar! Retweets appreciated ! forms.gle/5zEYJ3eJ2vfEAM…

The @jamsorgau booth at @austmus for Science Week is bigger and better than ever this year. Thanks to @LucieSemenec for taking over the organising, and expanding our offerings to all five senses. And thanks to our tireless crew of volunteers who make it all possible !

We've brought our fluorescent E. coli to Science Week at the Australian Museum! @austmus @RBGSydney #sydneysciencetrail22 #iGEM
