you'd get way more done if you spent 3 hours a day going through a checklist 1 by 1... instead of spending all day on your laptop flicking through 57 tabs & at the end of the day, realizing you done absolutely nothing short bursts of intentional productivity are better thanโฆ
Forcing myself to ONLY post here AND not look at any of this slop has immeasurably improved my mental state of being by leaps and bounds
