Pretty crazy that I have dozens of spices in my kitchen and on demand ice. I’d basically be a billionaire 200 years ago.


Closing on my first multifamily deal in 5 years - a 46 unit at an incredible basis. It's been hard sitting it out for so long but it's an understatement to say I'm glad I did, given how everything played out. Excited to get to work and hopefully buy many more like it.

Portland NIMBY's have won. Sale prices on new construction in the core of the city are now so low that infill development no longer pencils 90% of the time. In fact, new construction is now significantly cheaper the buying existing without even factoring in cost of ownership.

If you could spend all of September in Europe where would it be? Bonus points for great food and culture but needs to be close to an airport or eurorail.
