Interested in intelligent & humorous political dialogue with reasonable people. The rude & self-righteous need not apply. (I usually follow back if you’re sane)

No. Of course, a lower court federal judge does not have that kind of power. Not even close. The President of United States does not share his office with hundreds of lower court judges who want to play activist backseat driver. Indeed, the Constitution vests judicial power…
Dear @elonmusk Congressional Democrats and their propaganda minions appear to have unfortunately cracked the X algorithm, again. My “for you” feed is flooded with delusional Epstein theories and fictitious executions. Every day people need to be able to interact and give…
As congressional Democrats continue to cosplay as patriots, a helpful reminder about their own use of dangerous rhetoric, which they are only too happy to use to vilify their enemies.
Here’s my helpful, political fact of the day, courtesy of the Wall Street Journal: When Joe Biden entered office, the average age of a first time home buyer was 33. Less than a year after he left office, that average age is now 40. Why? Because families and young couples…
ABC basically runs campaign ads for the party it exists to serve at this point…
"We cannot support the Republican effort to gut the healthcare of the American people." House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries on Wednesday said House Democrats will introduce legislation that aims to extend Affordable Care Act tax credits by three years. abcnews.link/2ZaTFkk
Below are some inconvenient facts for the Democrats who are now desperately trying to pivot from the Schumer Shutdown disaster to Epstein. Here is the sworn testimony of the victim they are touting, emphatically denying that Donald Trump ever had sex with her and even denying…
Here's Virginia Giuffre - the "VICTIM" in the partially-redacted emails leaked by House Dems - clearing President Trump of any wrongful conduct in a sworn deposition. Dems and their media partners should be ashamed of themselves
Democrats are fighting so hard not just because the Covid-era 'emergency' subsidies are scheduled to expire, but because at the same time Obamacare premium prices, on their own, are increasing substantially. Some Democrats have even admitted the failure of the Affordable Care Act…
The Dem “no” statements are wild. Blaming Rs for not handing them another Obamacare bailout as a condition for ending their government shutdown. The ‘healthcare crisis’ they lament is 100% their own party’s policy failure.
Here’s what the govt shutdown is about: Just like bus rides should be free in NYC, Ds won’t open the govt until health care is free. They refuse to let premiums rise from 0$/month to $56/month for a family of four making 100% of the poverty limit ($32,150). For those at 200% of…
Democrats created Obamacare. Democrats created COVID subsidies. Democrats created COVID subsidies cliff. Democrats repeatedly failed to extend COVID subsidies cliff when they had full control of government. Democrats: "Republicans did this."
“We screwed healthcare up, so give us $400B more to funnel to insurance companies or we’ll keep shutting down the government” is not the best pitch
Democrat Senator Peter Welch on Obamacare: "We did fail to bring down the cost of healthcare."
I really hope they keep repeating this 42 million figure, because I genuinely think normal taxpayers hear that and realize there's no way that many people need to live off the government.
Guess those tariffs weren't such a bad idea after all . . .
Trump has used $750M in tariff revenue to keep the the Special Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program for Women, Infants and Children, or WIC, afloat — which was set to run out of money on Saturday
Ironically, Republicans hold the key to the New York City election. I've met Curtis Sliwa. I like Curtis Sliwa. Among the 3 candidates, Curtis Sliwa will likely be the best mayor, by far. But voting for Curtis would be insane. Curtis can't win. Voting for Curtis will be…
1. I care deeply. We need to reform govt programs so we have a better, more affordable health care system. 2. My family just received our 2026 ACA plan premium: $33,000 for a plan with a $14,000 deductible. The program that produced this horror needs reform not more taxpayer $.
Apparently Brian doesn't care about the 7% that are dealing with $2K increases.
I'm seeing a lot of posts referring to the top 10% of income, as opposed to top 1% or top 5%. Top 10% of income is an annual salary of $148,812, which is what many professionals and small business owners earn & is far from rich. But it helps use envy to push bad policy.
No improvement with @bariweiss at the helm then. I was hoping Weiss would bring more balance. Need to give her more time to root out the political sectarianism that has infected much of the media.
…because you voted against funding food assistance on Tuesday.
An excellent factual guide to recent current events;
My “For You” tab continues to consist 100% of leftist disinformation, so let me consolidate some actual facts into a single post. Here are ten FACTS that we can all use so that the weak minded can be reminded of objective reality: 1. The reason no one is getting SNAP benefits…
Like Emperor Palpatine calling Darth Vader to tell him, "good job."
NEWS: Barack Obama called Zohran Mamdani today, praising the campaign he's run and offering to be a “sounding board” into the future. “Your campaign has been impressive to watch,” Obama said told him. More details on the 30-minute call in the NYT —> nytimes.com/2025/11/01/nyr…
