What about harassing the customer after,Instead of launching new products, focus on resolving customer grievance which are pending from 2 months.Do you care for your customer who are suffering from mental agony and torture for pursuing what is theirs.

Me too same situation here.atleast they provided you appointment id.I didn't got any appointment Id till now. Waiting for replacement of tv from last one and half month. I was fool who bought realme tv..never again

@MadhavSheth1,@consumerforum_ Dear real me, instead of launching new products and bragging same,focus on the customer services. Resolve the grievance of all the customer whose issues are pending for more than 2 months or more. This will earn you more customer.

I received the notification for the same on my mail I'd on 29 October, 2021. But since that day, whenever I logged in to real me account, no order is showing up in my order tab. This issue is persistent from the day one and status is same. Please don't play tricks.

On this issue, real me shared a link that my order is placed on 29 October, 2021 but when I logged in to account. No order is showing up in my order. On enquiring the same , I was told that order is to be picked up by courier partner. The status is same as on today i.e. on 8 Nov.
