Okay so I’ve tried everywhere I can and have nowhere left to turn to.. My PC boots fine with one stick of 8GB ram, but with another stick of the same type, to make 16GB, I see nothing. No BIOS, no Windows, nothing. If anyone knows anyone that could help, please ask them!!
