It’s very draining to present yourself as someone you’re not day after day. Being who you truly are is scary at times, but also energizing.
The energy discussion around introversion/extroversion is oversimplified. As an #introvert, I'm not always drained by people, but rather by certain people and situations. The key is to know what drains you and how you best recharge, so you can make a plan. #introverts
The world may sometimes make you feel out of place for being who you are, but as long as you accept yourself that’s all that matters.
