Bro, I'm in the PTA Committee for my kids primary school here in Suva and I can definitely confirm that Education Grants always arrive late. Term 1 grants usually arrive in mid to late Term 2. PTA has had to step in a few times to help out the school in paying the utilities, etc

Provinces/Yasanas and Districts/Tikinas aren't Fijian, but colonial creations. The Fijian geopolitical unit is the Vanua. For which the best translation, both politically and linguistically, is Kingdom. And why yasanas or tikinas are never used in presentations, only vanua.
