1992: I starved myself, did ridiculous amounts of cardio 2024: @DDPYoga, better nutrition: high protein & complex carbs, protein shakes, biking, weights. Even have a cheat meal and dessert on the weekends. I cant stop aging. I cant look like I did in the 80s to early 90s.
