On a recent film training in North Africa, one of the film trainees shared a devotion to open class. As a refugee who has faced unimaginable hardships and loss at the hands of angry men, he shared with us the importance of loving one another as Christ has loved us.
In ITEC's farm training, trainees learn how the health of their soil impacts their crops. By applying the principles of conservation agriculture, our hope is for them to see crop yields increase, opening doors to share their harvest and the Gospel with their communities!

The ITEC farm training teaches indigenous Christ followers how to increase their harvests and steward the land and resources they have been given in a way that honors God, and opens the door to share the Good News of Jesus with their communities.
ITEC’s eyesight training requires minimal training for both the trainer and the trainee. The team instructs the local Christ followers selected by the church how to complete the exam and fit glasses, giving them the opportunity to share the Gospel and pray with the patients.
During ITEC’s dental training, indigenous Christ-following trainees learn basic dental skills from our team of professional dentists and dental assistants. They must learn and demonstrate a minimum level of proficiency in dentistry to obtain their certification.

ITEC's mechanical training is designed to empower Christ followers around the world with the knowledge of small engine repair and maintenance. A seemingly simple task such as helping repair a broken generator, becomes a unique opportunity to share the love and Good News of Jesus.
