Don't put yourself second. Prioritize your health.

Stop putting yourself second. I spent a lot of time not working on myself- my physical and mental health. When my first kid was born, I decided to make a change. I haven't looked back. It's time to prioritize yourself.

If you are on a computer all day you need to strengthen your back and stretch your chest. Get on the floor and do some "superman" exercises. Then stand in a doorway and stretch out your chest. During both, try to keep your belly tight so you don't over extend. #fitness #health
