Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’m not getting the point of Sim services being barred twice in last 45 days. Mobile services are very important part of our lives these days and I’m suffering from bad customer service even in such situations. 24 hours now, no proper support.

Hello @MyIndusIndBank please help in addressing a issue where I asked customer care to re-send me my credit card as previous one was blocked. It's been almost a month now, I didn't even received my tracking info whereas I was told that I'll receive my new CC in 4 working days.
