We spend way too much time analyzing why the wrong people are the way they are, and not enough time walking away from them.
Don’t bother trying to dodge the pain after you lose someone. Go through it. Then focus on recovery. Taking care of yourself, treating yourself kindly, being around people who lift you up. Then you will be ready to move forward.
