So, I decided to do TDD for the dynamic rendering of the items. I don't know why I decided to do that this late in the game, but I wanted to get some practice in so here we are 😎. Everything will be done by the deadline though 😰 #FM30Hackathon


I finally finished the main UI. Now, I can spend the rest of the time working with the API. Still a slow build, but it's getting there. #FM30Hackathon

Day 30: worked on the design of the homepage and how my register/login forms will be rendered to the page #30NitesOfCode


Day 29: The model, routes, and controllers are all set up now for authentication. Now, I have to work on the components and the complete style for the homepage. On schedule according to the plan that was created a few days ago. #30NitesOfCode


Day 28: Setting up authentication for my app #30NitesOfCode


Day 27: Next week’s planning for the app is done. Thanks to @RealRascalTwo for his guidance, patience, and knowledge. #30NitesOfCode


Day 26: continued working through FrontendExpert JS section. #RIPKobe #RIPGigi #30NitesOfCode


Day 25: Finally started FrontendExpert #30NitesOfCode


Day 24: Started working on the homepage design and gathering assets (photos, icons). Also, thinking about how I’m going to display the fluids table and the water intake on the dashboard. Decisions, decisions #30NitesOfCode


Day 23: App is now able to update the goal amount and render the correct message on the screen based on the day's water intake. Also, learned that not having .findOne() date: 'desc' was a small bug that held things up. Proud of the progress #30NitesOfCode


Day 22: created the controller, and model schema for the water intake goal. so far, I'm up to date according to this week's plan. #30NitesOfCode


Day 21: Setup the modal that allows users to add their own water intake goal, added the get and post routers, started working on the corresponding controllers. On track according to the plan that was established yesterday #30NitesOfCode


Day 20: Planned this week’s tasks for my app with the 🐐 @RealRascalTwo Learned a lot in this session 😎#30NitesOfCode


Day 19: went down a rabbit hole of vscode and neovim…I had no idea it could get this deep #30NitesOfCode


Day 18: rough day…watched a couple of Kevin Powell and Web Dev Simplified videos #30NitesOfCode


Day 17: browsed through awwwards and dribbble for inspiration for the homepage and dashboard of my project. #30NitesOfCode
