I’m close to launching my MVP. Any tips on getting my first 100 customers?

Crazy how most people never start because of the fear of failure yet failure…. Isn’t that bad?

what triggered you to switch Jack?

I have a completely different lifestyle to what I had 6 months ago No partying, no video games. Just focus, building, manifesting. Sure I have bad days, even terrible days, that’s just life. But I can see my confidence increase day by day and I know I am on the right path

MVP out as quick as possible or take time to be satisfied with what you made?

The first goal you hit? It’s never about the money. It’s about finally proving to yourself: “Wait… maybe I can actually do this.” That moment changes everything.

As a first time IOS dev, should I go straight for swift or use react app services?

Every founder hits a point where: – Nothing is working – Nobody’s watching – Doubt creeps in Keep building. This is where most people quit. You don’t.

Your idea isn’t stupid. You’re just too close to it. Step back, fix your energy, build again. You’re closer than you think.

The pain of retrospect and missing out on what you could’ve been will haunt you forever. but, the ‘pain’ of picking up the pen, opening the laptop and taking the first step (even for the 10th time) will seem like the best decision ever when you look back

Every SaaS founder has 2 personalities: 1.“this will change the world” 2.“should i just become a barista?”

i once launched a SaaS in 48 hours it broke immediately users said it had “character” i said thank you and raised the price

every time I hear “MVP” I think of a duct-taped mess that somehow charges $29/mo and changes someone’s life tech is weird

founder tip: if you’re crying while coding, you’re either 1 step from a breakthrough or accidentally deploying to prod again
