@ShaunLintern did you know that across England right now, newly qualified doctors are being paid only £52.66/day (£6.58/hour)? That's less than minimum wage. Trusts and @NHSEmployers say that is the hourly rate for an FY1, despite the fact that on FY1 payslips it's £13.81.
