this is nasty. steganography. 10 years ago they embed your account id in video game screenshots. today, any photo u take, any screenshot, from camera, phone, or laptop, might embed your device id, or worse. it is nearly impossible to know.
just learned about steganography and the fact that u can hide entire files inside an image is pure witchcraft.
Cameron is so out of touch. The danger isn’t a sci-fi AI overlord. It’s an oligarchy wielding AI to entrench inequality. Honestly, an AI superintelligence might be less greedy than the people running the show now.
