Despite so much excellent work in #pleural disease over the last 10+ years, pretty much every recommendation comes with low / very low certainty of evidence so @DrsteveWalker and colleagues will have no shortage of things to study over the next 20 years

Great presentation on the management of spontaneous pneumothorax by @DrsteveWalker at #ERS2023 #ERSCongress Judging by the number of people saying they would insert a chest drain in stable patients with PSP, I suspect this talk might change a lot of people's practice

No tickets on the resale platform for the final unsurprisingly. Is there anyone I know in Sydney with a spare? #England #WorldCup2023

So impressed by the overall quality of those penalties. Couple missed but generally very good considering the pressure.

Great to see, type 2 inflammation is a treatable trait it does not care if your doctor labels you with #copd or #asthma

Released @atscommunity #ATS2023, and published in @NEJM today... the data we've all been waiting for after *that* press release: a positive result for a biologic in #COPD across multiple end points: nejm.org/doi/full/10.10…

Cmon Baath! Two tries in 5 minutes, love it.

This was my first trip to Twickenham with my dad. Great first experience of a final as a Bath supporter. Vividly remember the Gloucester fan in front so wouldn't let the hope die- he was still saying "Early days yet" with 5 min to go and the score was 36-4 I think!

I once met a 14-year-old girl who was raped by her uncle. She had an abortion when she found she was pregnant. Because she lived in Brazil in 2004 she was the one in trouble with the police. #AbortionIsHealthcare
