@QuickBooks I built Uncat.com, a QuickBooks Online/Desktop app on your store w/ thousands of firms. BUT, your API is *randomly* expiring OAuth tokens and hurting YOUR customers. 600+ posts on help.developer.intuit.com of the same issue with no solution. Help me.

To follow up, search "site:help.developer.intuit.com invalid grant". Every support person @Intuit literally copy/pastes the same bullets or links. Yet people come back and say the issue persist.

Please do not make build a competitor to you just to have a REST API that works! <3

Also, I have a ticket with support that is making me approach levels of insanity at the lack of help we get. @Xero and @xumagazine are LIGHTYEARS ahead of you on making developer lives easy.

@QBCares @QuickBooks @Intuit Reply today from another large developer. “Seems crazy that a business as big as Intuit wouldn’t have fully-functional OAuth”

New development: @Intuit PR does not have a way to reach the team that manages their App Store: apps.com 🙇‍♂️

Hello there. I can you check the information by going through the steps in this link . Here's the link: intuit.me/3GG6JIx ^Denise

Yes, I have done those. For over two years. Our app quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/appde… is big. That’s the problem, the developer community needs to talk to @QuickBooks API engineers to figure this out. Not support who post the same steps that don’t work reliably.
