Thousands of Washington workers and their families are losing health coverage daily due to the pandemic. Let’s make sure they all get referred to Washingtonhealthplanfinder.com to ensure they can still all access care during this crisis. crosscut.com/2020/05/washin…

So proud of our region’s healthcare and elected leaders. Let’s continue to follow their guidance and all be leaders in managing the pandemic’s immense challenges. The nation’s eyes are on us. newyorker.com/magazine/2020/…

Even after nearly 4 years, sometimes you just have to burst out laughing. “Hit the body with a tremendous ultraviolet light” or “inject a disinfectant in the body”?? Wow. thehill.com/homenews/coron…

I had the honor of working at this clinic serving the Navajo Nation as part of my residency. It is simply inhumane that we allow our indigenous peoples to endure such inequities. The pandemic lays bare so many injustices which we must fight to correct. nbcnews.com/news/us-news/c…

She's a doctor on the front lines of the coronavirus. At home, she has no running water.

"You're saying 20 seconds of wash your hands with water," a Navajo doctor in Arizona said. "We do not have plumbing. And that's how I grew up."

What we are doing is starting to work. Thanks to everyone out there working hard and taking risks daily for us to stay healthy and safe, and to the whole community for staying home when possible. KEEP IT UP!!! seattletimes.com/seattle-news/h…

9pm walk to the grocery store in Fremont and you could almost hear a pin drop. Good job friends- we need to keep this up. Stay strong Seattle!

Proud of our governor and other local officials showing strong leadership-yes it’s hard for us all but it’s the fastest and safest way to deal with this challenge. Stop the spread and stay strong Washington!

This order by @GovInslee is a necessary step to protect the health and safety of our communities. The only tool we have to combat the spread of COVID19 is the actions each of us takes. Stay home unless it is absolutely essential, and when you do go out stay 6 feet from everyone.

Seriously folks, if we can’t provide enough personal protective equipment to our doctors, nurses, and other care workers directly interacting with COVID-19 patients, we could be in a very bad spot. Please urge leaders to do all they can to get PPE to our front line caregivers!

We must do more to protect frontline workers. We need PPE in WA state now! Doctors Fear Bringing Coronavirus Home: ‘I Am Sort of a Pariah in My Family’ nyti.ms/2IQ66zI

Please listen to Dr Duchin-if you’re not in a high risk group, don’t worry about the test right now. If you’re sick, stay home at least a week, and you’re 3 days without a fever, and chill. If you’re well, lay low, and when you do go out, social distancing. Protect each other!

Tragic that articles like this still ‘need’ to be written. The astounding inequities in the American health care system are very evident right now. google.com/amp/s/www.cnbc…

If you are not in a Coronavirus or influenza high risk group and are feeling well, please consider donating blood. It’s critical we maintain our community supplies right now!

Unfortunately, we won't be moving on to the General Election. THANK YOU to all of our friends, neighbors, and supporters who put your trust in me. Remember there is always more we can do to serve our community -- I’ll be looking for a new way to give back, and hope you will too!
