It's been over a month and the service for my Galaxy Buds is still not completed. Disappointing to see a premium product fail so quickly under warranty — and even worse, the delayed service. This is not what I expect from @SamsungIndia
Experiencing frequent disconnections and slow speeds with @JioCare during evening peak hours. Unable to file a complaint within the app, and contacting customer service via phone is equally challenging as calls go unanswered. Hoping for a swift resolution.
