Line is very long and there is only one employee assisting @Avis LGA airport location. She has been asking for another employee to come and help 4 times but they haven’t been coming. No one is at Avis preferred counter. I am in regular line and wait time is more than 30 minutes.
I am here at @Budget LGA location to pick up my prepaid rental car. They are not ready to entertain my fastbreak status. Asking me to go in 2 hours wait line and that is also without guarantee that I will get a car. #CustomerServiceFail

I am here @thriftycars with the agent for about 30 minutes and the car is still not ready. There are no other customers and the agent is arguing I will have to wait even further. Seriously? I had prepaid for the car to be picked up at 2:30pm.
I am here with my family to check-in @ExtendedStay and the front desk says that there are no rooms available. They said that they called @Expedia but no one called me. Whats ridiculous is that @Expedia sent me an email asking how was my check-in. Not gonna use any of them again
My 80 yrs old mother opened acct online with @TDBank_US on 9 Feb. The acct is still not accessible online. Cust svc transfers her to Tech dept who tells her to go to branch. The branch says they can’t help with this. Is this why you call yourself a ‘Most Convenient Banking’?
