I've always been skeptical of these claims. Our companies have dozens of related holding companies we manage/control. When we sell a building and close the LLC does that count in these statistics? It must right? In that case, these stats are do not reflect the real stories.
Something to ponder if you’re trying to buy a company: Most businesses founded between 2012 and 2022 have failed. 79.2% of such businesses still operated in 2013. However, only about 35% of the businesses were still active by the end of the assessment period in March 2022.

Simple, but really well done, contemporary missing middle housing on a Single Family lot. From the street, few would know the site holds 6 homes-and lovely ones at that. I'd think Gentle Density like this would be widely embraced Designed by Polyphon & built by Ethan Beck Homes
