Bit of everything for today’s @DDPYoga Stiff today but still got good stretch and sweat. Will be walking later too!


Knee hip and back opener for today’s @DDPYoga. Feeling it in the low back today so stretching it was what was needed. #ddpyworks.


Classic Stand up for my @DDPYoga. Not very stiff or achy today!!


After a few rest days back on the mat with @DDPYoga Fatburner 2.0. Overall feeling good. Back is not stinging. Calling it a win! #DDPYworks


Good @DDPYoga combo today for a nice 60 min work out. Total Body in 30 + Chillin Light. Focus on stretching today after waling up fairly stiff. Working out those kinks. #ddpyworks.


Double black diamond 2.0 for today’s @DDPYoga Great sweat and stretch. Modified around some stiffness that I cannot seem to shake but got through it and i feel great! #ddpyworks.


Awesome @DDPYoga combo today! Started with classic below the belt. Got good stretch and sweat! Then onto chillin light to focus on the stretch. Was really feeling it in my back by the end. #ddpyworks

Classic @DDPYoga diamondcutter done. Really felt it in my hip and low back. Modified the 10 sec push up at the end into an alligator plank. Post work out i feel good!! Great stretch and sweat! #ddpyworks.
