Saying people have had years to buy games on a certain shop before it gets shutdown is to believe that people discover games in the same order at the same time now and in the future. It's a strange argument against game preservation.
I'm sure Nintendo will accelerate plans to bring legacy systems to their Switch online service now that the Wii U and 3DS stores are being shutdown, right?
