I haven’t done what you would call a traditional round in a building on campus in 6 years. Covering for one of my staff members tonight and just wrapped up a round. It was so strange.

Just had one of my students come into my office and tell me they just got offered a job they interviewed for yesterday. I screamed and did a happy dance with them. Nothing can dampen my day now!

Haven’t tweeted in a while, but I’ve come through to say this: Our institutions of higher education are failing our students of marginalized identities. This is not a new thing, but is becoming increasingly problematic.
