At @TrinityAcademyL, we didn’t just celebrate World Book Day. We had a glorious World Book Week. The buzz was palpable, the conversations beautiful and books were at the forefront. Here’s what we did.
Today, almost 50(!) members of staff volunteered to fast in solidarity of all our students fasting for Ramadan and Lent, each taking away their complimentary feast (with a special treat!) A very, very wholesome day 💜💫
What a fantastic week! I’ve loved seeing students’ excitement when completing activities, as well as their enthusiasm in conversations about books and reading throughout the week. 💜📚
On Wednesday @TrinityAcademyL stepped up once more for our World Book Week... Classic fiction dingbats, anyone? Plus more quizzing and award winners!
Tuesday @TrinityAcademyL saw: Forgotten Book Bingo More purple star reviews Quizzes Lots of discussing reading... and tonnes of reading itself!
