2022 was a cautious blend of success and heavy challenge So, in 2023 my top 3 goals are: 1. Build my coaching business 2. Finish and publish my book 3. Travel more with my spouse. I have a secret tool I'll use to make this happen.


In your opinion, what job is passion for the work an absolute must? As in, you'd have to absolutely love the work to do it long-term. My opinion: teaching.


Can you see yourself in your current job for the rest of your life? Or, does it have a retirement date? Why is that? (Lifer or Retirement)


It was a fast week filled with challenges. I'm grateful for that; it was a growth week. I'm also grateful for: - My spouse - My kids - A supportive community What are you grateful for this weekend?


Consume information with discipline and have a PKM system. @readwise and @logseq have made a world of difference for me over the last 4 months. I can consume, catalog, and recall linked ideas quickly and efficiently. What do you use?


Are there too many inspirational voices on Twitter? I don’t think so. The more voices the better.


The cost of kindness is $0 and has exponential reward, compounding across all who are exposed to it.


Don't confuse productivity with meaningful work efficiently accomplished. Productivity can lead to burnout. While doing meaningful work efficiently results in new energy that drives you to do more meaningful work. Continuing the cycle.


Failure can generate momentum. If you train yourself to look for it, even the smallest amount can drive you to your ultimate success.


Community is the greatest medicine For the soul... not the body. You need actual medicine for the body.

There are no paved path to success. Someone did the hard work of paving it. That someone will be you.


A failure is a win as long as you know the difference.
