My favourite part of today’s Lego Serious Play recruitment session, facilitated by the amazing @joelbirch, is the way I‘ve been able to spend the afternoon watching the videos loaded to @padlet sharing every teacher’s answers to our 3 BIG questions about teaching at @daytonps 🤩
This is a goal that’s been in the works for a long time. So grateful for the boldness & out-of-the-box thinking from @RayBoyd007 & @rachaellehr at @DaytonPS as we used #LEGOSeriousPlay to get to know the people behind the job applications for their foundation teaching roles.
