Recently in San Francisco I was getting a bagel at 8 am and a most of those waiting with me were Door Dashers. Imagine not leaving your apartment for a fresh bagel and paying someone to bring it to you instead. Sad!
The impulses on this sign are part of the reason why American household formation is falling, and a pro-family housing agenda has to recognize that favoring the status quo, particularly incumbent over new homeowners, will continue to make things worse
