The @UPS truck pulled up this evening to deliver an expected package, waited several minutes, made no attempt to deliver, then drove off changing the delivery status to “The receiver was not available at the time of the second delivery attempt”. No FIRST attempt. No InfoNotice.
Our @SouthwestAir flight was delayed because of a mechanical issue, so we changed to a new flight (for free). Then a new aircraft for our original flight was found. They let us change back to our original flight and original boarding positions (for free). I love Southwest!
