Growth is the mechanism, not the goal. Question is - personally, what are you growing into? Or in biz - what will growth give you?


Accomplished and alive are not the same. You can check every box on the societally-imposed success checklist and still wake-up empty. Surround yourself with people you cannot get enough of, do work that matters. That's what it's all about.
