TL;DR - 9 must-follow rules to design slides that pop • #1: Don't read them out • #2: Use large font • #3: Use emphasis • #4: Keep words & pictures near • #5: Add quality images • #6: Use white space • #7: Be consistent • #8: Skip animations • #9: Create the slides last
A Pandemic Test-Ban Treaty would ban the experimental tests needed to learn which viruses are pandemic-capable. Rogue actors can't perform these and be believed because the results are easy to fake. Only the well-meaning can share credible blueprints for plagues.
