Deviled eggs are magical. I’ve never looked at a dozen eggs and said that sounds good. But turn them into deviled eggs and you might as well call me Cool Hand Luke.

I was on a call this morning where someone was proposing to re-design the whole sales architecture in Excel. You’re going to read that and laugh cuz you’re thinking sales, spreadsheets, I get it. Nope, he opened Excel and started drawing boxes in his diagramming tool of choice.
This week two of the people I’ve been mentoring for a couple months now got the promotions they’ve been working towards. That was a great way to go into the weekend.

Full house on the BGE today. 2 racks of ribs with the riblets up top to baste the ribs and some “trimmings al pastor” for tacos tomorrow.
