Great news! I was skeptical, but I just received confirmation from a lender that they've been able to get new $5 million loan SBA-approved for different NAICs for Personal Guarantors who've already maxed out their $5 million SBA. Different NAICS, frees up another $5 million.

To be clear on my position, I think PE is great for the franchise industry. I rep private equity groups that are providing amazing opportunities for franchise professionals, startup/emerging zors and zees. I have seen far more 👍 than 👎 PE impacts on franchise system growth. 1/6
@nytimes is notorious for writing one sided PE hit pieces, while ignoring all the great things about PE (job growth, turnarounds, etc.) Have to take this all with a grain of salt 🧂
